ACA Systems software is provided with an initial 12 month telephone/e-mail support package included within the software license fee. Thereafter, clients pay an annual software support fee to continue this service.

There are comprehensive Operational & Administrative Manuals to cover each of our different software modules, together with help files which form a part of the application software.

Our normal (telephone) UK customer support hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Mon-Fri excluding public holidays. Support is also available via e-mail or through the use of remote access.
