ACA Systems' software is normally provided
with an initial 12 month telephone/e-Mail support package
included within the software licence fee. Thereafter, customers
pay an annual Software Support fee to continue this support
facility.
There are comprehensive Operational and
Administrative Manuals to cover each of the different software
modules, together with help files which form a part of the
application software.
Our normal (telephone) UK customer support
hours are 0900 to 1700 on working days (Monday to Friday excluding
public holidays). Support is also available via e-mail
and using remote access.
